First China Southern Airbus A350 flies

The first Airbus A350 for China Southern Airlines has made its maiden flight from Toulouse on 3 June 2019.
The Chinese carrier has twenty A350-900s on order. Delivery of the first aircraft is expected later this month. The airline will initially operate its newest airliner on busy domestic routes, including its main hubs within China, Beijing and Guangzhou.
China Southern is among the biggest Airbus customers. It operates 283 A320 Family aircraft - a mix of A319, A320 and A321 -, 48 A330s and five A380s. (Photo: Airbus)
