Vietnam Airlines welcomes first 787-10

Vietnam Airlines has received the first of eight Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. The newly delivered jetliner is on lease from Air Lease Corporation (ALC).
The fast growing Vietnamese flag carrier intends to fly the 787-10 on its busiest routes. Vietnam Airlines already operates a fleet of twelve smaller 787-9 jets. The longer 787-10 provides the space to carry 40 more passengers and more cargo. The airline flies the long-range 787-10 with 367 seats (24 in business class and 343 in economy class).
So far, Boeing has delivered over 30 787-10s to six operators worldwide. (Photo: Boeing)
