Now that the aircraft is in Delta’s livery, it will undergo pre flight activities and tests. The first flight of the aircraft will take place later this fall and delivery to Delta and introduction into service are planned to take place in early 2019. Delta has ordered 75 A220-100s. Most of the planes will be built at the US Airbus plant in Mobile, Alabama. (Photo: Airbus)
