Embraer delivers Hunnu Air's first E190

Embraer E190 Hunnu Air

Embraer has delivered the first E190 regional jets to Hunnu Air, a regional airline in Mongolia.

The Hunnu Air E190 seats 98 passengers (6 business class, 92 economy) and will be flown on domestic and international flights from Ulaanbaatar. Hunnu Air has three more E190s on order and they will all be leased from CDB Aviation. Other aircraft in the Hunnu Air current fleet are two ATR 72-500 turboprops.

Hunnu Air was founded in 2011 and began operating scheduled flights with Fokker 50 turboprops in January 2012. Later it operated Airbus A319 aircraft for some time on services to Tokyo, Bangkok, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Paris. (Photo: Embraer)
